Back to the Future With Dr. Nutmeg
Our 21st century Femmebots are coded with Latina algorithms (salsa, merengue, bachata, reggaeton) while breaking free from traditional programming that often gets embedded into XX chromosomes.
Hola Femmebots! Welcome back to the 21st century and bienvienidos to The FACTory! I’m Dr. Nutmeg, your hostess.
After spending the month of June with the chingonas of the past, we’re BACK TO THE FUTURE in July! I kinda like this zig-zag between time and space — and our open rates show that you do, too! Thank you for your continued support!

Please let me introduce you to Season 3’s AI-generated fleet of Femmebots created by me and my AI Advisor Jonathan Jarrett. I hope you like this Brady Bunch style opening credits layout.
Here’s the story of a nutty lady…
That’s me, Dr. Nutz, on the upper left, representing snOrlando.
In the middle is Edith, the emerging ARTrepreneur of Houston, Tex.
On the upper right is Femmebot 2.024 aka 7.0, based in Miami but she’s really from snOrlando so she’s often zipping back and forth between cities on the new Brightline — she’s also got some cracks in her face after multiple upgrades and 27 years in the tech industry. 😂
On the bottom left is Valeria at LatinaGeeks.com of Silicon Valley — she builds and programs robots to sort through all the garbage humans create.
The bottom middle are the Twin Chingonaneers of Hunter’s Point, a neighborhood to the south of San Francisco. They are software engineers who like to soup up low riders and showcase them at sideshows.
Lastly, but not leastly, the bottom right is Chef Erika, based in Brooklyn, NY.
Tonight, I’m asking the Femmebots a few questions about robotics, disruptive thinking, and SEO. Why? Just like the women of the 1920s inspired us to keep working toward our dreams, these 21st century Femmebots — all re-coded with eMpowerment to compliment their core Latina algorithms (salsa, merengue, bachata, reggaeton, freestyle, etc) — will inspire you to break free from the programming that often gets embedded in the XX chromosome.
Valeria on How She Got into Robotics
I met Valeria at the Latinas in Tech summit back in May. We stood next to each other at the entrance of the summit to help attendees find the places they were looking for. Little did we know how much we had in common! I was excited to find out that Valeria spends her days programming robots! Below is a test interview I did with her a couple weeks ago. It’s inspiring to see that a real Latina is geeking out on robotics the way I do on a daily basis with my Femmebots!
Edith on Disruptive Thinking
Edith’s thoughts about disrupting the programming passed down from her Latino parents could be a great scene in our Femmebots film-in-progress (if you’re a paid subscriber, scroll down to see our very rough cuts we’ve been working on over the past month).
Edith describes a stereotypical “Latina mindset” and Dr. Nutz listens. It goes something like this:
Close-up of Edith — human head with Femmebot body — saying she’s a big fan of the book “Disruptive Thinking” by T.D. Jakes.
Dr. Nutz says: What exactly are you trying to disrupt?
And then we see Edith explaining what she means with backdrops of Houston and jazzy music in the style of Dr. Katz, therapist to comedians in the 1990s.
Here is a test I created using the Mootion AI app while Edith talks about breaking away from the expected path of school, job, marriage, children so she can become a full-time ARTrepreneur:

Chef Erika on SEO and Finding Customers thru Google
This interview with Erika is for a specific Latina in Tech I’ve been mentoring. She has been thinking about launching her own website but worries about the SEO. Shoutout to both Erika and my mentee! You’re both successfully navigating your paths like a 1920s BOSS!
These are The Femmebots I am attempting to include in an 11-minute animation we will pitch to The Enzian’s Brouhaha Film Festival here in Orlando.
If you’re a video editor, audio engineer, or animator, we have a small budget to pay you for your time and expertise to make this Animation pop!
If you went to American University Film school with me, please DO contact me, por favorrrrr!! :)
Tune in next week!
In next week’s episode, Valeria tells us all about her Recycling Robots.
